  • Mental Health Awareness Week!

    Thu 12 May 2022 A Butt

Our School Council led a whole school assembly all about 'Mental Health Awareness Week!' The children talked about:

    What is mental health?

Examples of when our mental health is great and also the opposite, when our mental health was affected and it was low.

Also, how we can improve our mental health?

Self care and helping others were two ways everyone explored of improving our mental health.

Under 'self care,' playing computer games was a popular way of looking after ourselves.

However, overaged and violent games were brought to the attention of everyone as games which were not helpful to our well being and mental health. This was in response to a local survey conducted at Easter.
