• The Grand Opening of Eldon's The Burrow

  Today was a day that our children will remember for a long time to come! Eldon’s 135th Birthday 🎂 St. George’s Day celebrations 🎉 and the launch of Eldon’s The Burrow! 🥳 The sun shone for us and we are excited for a brand new adventure for our children, staff, families and community!

• Fundraising for a local charity

  Very well done Nancy Quale (Yr2)! Whilst we were enjoying our Easter break, Nancy was busy fundraising for a local charity. and raised £210! The money raised was for the Sydney Driscoll Neuroscience Foundation.

• Ideas for a new Eldon Tracksuit!

  School Council and the whole school were bowled over looking at ideas for a new Eldon Tracksuit! Since Covid –19, children have been coming into school in their PE kit on the days they have PE. We are therefore been contemplating having a school tracksuit. Khloe (Yr4) and Freddie (Yr3) did some modelling for us today with some samples that have arrived. I will keep you posted about any future developments.

  We have been busy planning The Grand Opening of The Burrow! This is taking place next Friday 23rd April, a day before Eldon’s 135th Birthday! We have lots planned and fingers crossed that the bright weather continues. Please read more about the event on the separate posting.
