Uniform

Autumn and Spring Term Uniform (September – March)

 

GIRLS: 

Grey skirt or trousers 

White buttoned shirt with collar 

Royal blue cardigan or jumper with school logo (obtained from Monkhouse Schoolwear, Fishergate Centre, Preston) 

Blue and yellow striped tie (obtained from Monkhouse Schoolwear, Fishergate Centre, Preston) 

Grey knee length socks or tights 

 

BOYS: 

Grey trousers 

White buttoned shirt with collar 

Royal blue jumper with school logo (obtained from Monkhouse Schoolwear, Fishergate Centre, Preston) 

Blue and yellow striped tie (obtained from Monkhouse Schoolwear, Fishergate Centre, Preston) 

Black/dark grey socks 

 

Summer Term Uniform (April-July) 

 

GIRLS: 

Blue and white checked summer dresses 

Royal blue cardigan or jumper with school logo 

(White leggings can be worn under the dress if legs need to be covered for religious reasons) 

 

BOYS: 

White buttoned shirt with collar (can be short-sleeved) 

Grey trousers or grey mid-length shorts 

Black/ White buttoned shirt with collar 

Grey socks 

Royal blue jumper with school logo 

 

 

SHOES: 

 

BOYS & GIRLS: 

Black polished shoes (no boots, training shoes, canvas or extremes of fashion) 

 

PE KIT

Children arrive into school wearing their PE Kits on the day that they have PE

 

BOYS & GIRLS: 

Should be brought in a NAMED PE bag 

White T-shirt 

Royal blue shorts for indoor lesson (white leggings under the shorts can be worn for girls who wish to have their legs covered for religious reasons) 

Plain navy jogging trousers for outdoor lesson 

Black pumps 

 

Earings: 

Studs only.  Tape is not allowed. NO EARINGS TO BE WORN FOR PE

 

Hair: 

Hairstyles for girls and boys should be easily managed and away from the face i.e. long hair tied back and fringes out of eyes.  Extreme styles of shaving and colours are not permitted.  Hair accessories should match the school colours. 

 

Coats: 

Waterproof coat with a hood is preferable.  Logos should be avoided or be as small as possible.  Sports hoodies are not permitted at any time. 

Miscellaneous: 

No nail polish 

No tattoos 

No make-up 

 

Book bags: 

This is for the children to carry their reading book, reading record and any letters to and from the school daily.  The first one is provided at no charge.  Subsequent bags can be purchased from school. 

 

Lunch box: 

For all lunch boxes to fit neatly on our school trolley, we require parents/carers to purchase a square lunch box only

 

Water bottles

Purchased from school and has the school logo on it.  The first one is provided at no charge.
