• Just one week to go before we break up for Christmas!

  The final push ...Reports, Christmas Dinner, special Christmas surprises! Twenty seven food bags were made up and given out this Tuesday, on a first come first served basis. The food bags will continue to be given out throughout the holiday period. Staff have volunteered to come into school to sort out the bags of food for over the two Tuesdays over Christmas. A BIG THANK YOU to all the staff who will be giving up their time to do this. Look out for more information on ClassDojo. A HUGE THANK YOU to Mrs Tomlinson for co-ordinating this fabulous work for us!

• Reports and Parents Meetings

  Staff have been busy writing their reports for their classes this week. These are taking place on Tuesday 17th December (Juniors) and Wednesday 18th December (Infants) next week. This year all parents’ meetings will be on Zoom and teachers will be sending out details over the next few days. The meetings will be no more than 5 minutes long and reports will be sent out to you on ClassDojo. Please do respond to the teacher's messages as soon as these are released. If you are entitled to the Free School Meal vouchers, please remember to respond to your ClassDojo post.

• Christmas Dinner

  Thank you for making sure that if your child needs a Christmas Lunch that you respond to the ClassDojo post by Monday 7th December as this is the last day for requesting this.

• We are getting ready and planning lots of fun Christmas Ideas!

  Children are practising their carol singing outside in the yard, using the TV and wearing their coats to keep warm! All the classes are linking up with a Care Home and we are hoping to create mini clips to share with the local residents. Thank you for providing permission for your children to take part.

  I am delighted to say, we have sourced some local funding to provide regular food parcels! Beginning on Tuesday 10th December, food bags will be made up ready to be picked up, on a first come first served basis. Look out for more information on ClassDojo.
